Wow factor and photo quality guarantee

This is your special event and our commitment is to deliver the wow factor to your guests and to produce outstanding photo quality.

If after the event you have good reason to believe that we haven’t delivered on these commitments, you can request a full refund for your hire.

This is a full money back guarantee – every penny! If in the very unlikely event that your photos are not of the quality shown in previous event examples – and your guests were not delighted with the experience a full refund will be issued.

£1000 Money Back Fulfilment Guarantee

We ALWAYS turn up to bookings. But, to give you absolute peace of mind for your event…… If, in the extremely unlikely event we do not show up on your day we will transfer £1000 straight into your bank account.

This has never happened in the many years we have been providing photobooth hires. We know how important your event is to you and this guarantee is in place to give you full confidence when booking.

Guarantee Terms

Written notification from 10 or more of your guests stating that they didn’t receive a wow factor experience must be sent to hello@photogroove.co.uk.  We can not take responsibility for any external factors that may effect photo quality. The photo quality guarantee is void if external factor reduce the image quality.

The guarantees are not valid if your event date, timings or location change from those given on the date of bookings. Any changes need to be given in writing and formally agreed by both parties 60 days prior to your event to validate the guarantees.  The guarantees are only valid if deposit was paid on day of booking, full balance payment was made 30 days prior to the event and all photobooth designs have been approved. In circumstances of serious illness, death or environmental factors  / government intervention a full refund would replace the fulfilment guarantee.
